I am currently a student leading a very ordinary existence in a very ordinary part of the world. I find that keeping the mind spry and filled with thought is good for finding things out about one’s self and surroundings. As far as thoughts go, I more often than not find myself thinking about people. Whether it be my own life, those in my life or even strangers 1800 miles away, I always think about the intertwining of our lives and how things play out because of the way we act or the way we conduct ourselves around other.

My hobbies and interests are nothing out of the usual for most people my age. I love music, writing, reading, sketching, sculpture, typography, graphic design, cinema, philosophy, psychology, genetics, fashion, photography, interior and exterior design, television, cooking and probably quite a few more things that I am now forgetting.
As I have mentioned, I am an avid fan of music, having embarked on a few musical adventures myself. A little know fact about me is that I adore singing. I am not a fan of performing anything public, let alone singing, thus, not many people are aware of my hidden pastime. The music I listen to inspires me, breaks me and reforms me to be the person I am today. It resonates in every move that I make, every word that I speak and every thought that I think. I could not survive without music.

I’ve been told I’m an easy person to talk to. Not sure how true that is, but I can certainly say that I love to listen to people. There are so many interesting and wonderful things to be heard if one just takes the time to hear people out. I have also been told I’m quite the cynic, but there always has to be a realist in the group to bring things down, right? I represent a coexisting yin and yang better than anyone that I know. Nearly everything about me is a contradiction. It’s not nesecarily a bad thing, but it clearly isn’t the best either. I can be quiet and loud, uptight or stressful, overly trusting and paranoid. The list essentially goes on for many conflicting descriptive qualities.

For things I dislike, there are also quite a few of those. Just starting the list off :
People, friends, family, insects, arachnids, liars, not meaning what you say and vice versa, dishonesty, disorganization, Internet or computer malfucntions, the Internet (especially Facebook), losing massive amounts of music, getting angry over needless things, people who lack common sense, school, ignorance, expectations, losing touch with people who you want to keep in your life, arguments with those you love the most, uncertainty, wanting to say something but stopping yourself, forgetting, lost memories, fruitless labour, waking up early, sleep deprevation, stress, bad hair days, being embarrassed, being overwhelmed by any emotion (even happiness), distance, not having a liscense, “bad” grades, songs that make me cringe within 10 seconds of listening to them, realizing that you aren’t as close to someone as you initially thought you were, being so angry or shocked you are at a loss for words, feeling so empty that you are inches away from giving up, losing the will to do anything productive, losing important things (material or not), apathy.
